Cancellation policy

When you purchase a Barkganic subscription, you authorize Barkganic to charge the payment method used at checkout automatically according to the plan you select until you cancel.

Monthly plan. One jar ships with each monthly order. The plan renews at $65 every month unless you cancel before the next billing date.

6-month plan. You prepay $330 for six monthly deliveries. One jar ships each month. The plan renews at the same price every 6 months unless you cancel before the next billing date.

Annual plan. You prepay $540 for twelve monthly deliveries. One jar ships each month. The plan renews at the same price every 12 months unless you cancel before the next billing date.

How to cancel. Cancel before your next billing date by using the customer account link provided in your subscription emails or by emailing info@barkganic.com. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not reverse a charge that has already been processed.

Refunds. Subscription orders and products are eligible for returns or refunds only as described in our Refund Policy.
