Refund policy

We want you and your dog to be happy with Barkganic.

Returns. You can return unopened jars within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. To start a return, email info@barkganic.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without asking us first won't be accepted.

Opened jars. For your dog's safety, we can't accept returns of opened jars.

Damaged or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email info@barkganic.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take longer to post it.
